A lifetime living and working in the countryside has made me
appreciate all the natural things that surround us.

I create unique pieces in wood, using both locally sourced material
and more exotic woods from around the world.

I specialise in working with burr elm, using different finishing techniques to enhance the beauty of the burr in my designs. I particularly enjoy working with spalted timber, seeing the unusual effect of the decaying properties come through in the finish.
